Is the Major compatible with any lights?

Unfortunately not, there is no mounting spots that other helmets feature to screw our Diamond or Asteroid Light.

The Compass Fit system is a dial in the back to adjust the helmet snugly around your head. It’s quick, secure, and easy to fine-tune.

What is Mips, and why does it matter?

Mips stands for Multi-Directional Impact Protection System. It's an advanced helmet safety technology designed to reduce rotational forces to the brain during certain angled impacts. Inside a Mips-equipped helmet, a low-friction layer allows the helmet to move slightly relative to the head upon impact, helping to redirect rotational motion that could otherwise cause brain injuries. ​

Is this helmet safe for snow use?

The Major is not certified for snow/ski standards. Our multi-sport helmets suchas the Hendrix, Macon 2.0 & Watts 2.0 have the EN1077B certification and can safely be used for the slopes. The Major has CPSC & EN1078 certifications making it a great choice for bike and skating uses.
