Refund policy

Returns
Items purchased from our webstore can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns received in the following conditions will be refused:

· If the helmet is not in its original box
· If the packaging is damaged or taped in any way
· If the product is blemished or damaged in any way
· If the product has been used
· If any accessories, liners, or original packaging is missing

Once your return has been processed your refund may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. 

If your return is the result of a Manufacturing Defect, please email support@bernhelmets.com with the subject line "Manufacturing Defect - <Order Number>".

 

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. We recommend that you follow the returns portal and simply opt for exchange at the end of your process with the selected helmet!
